No. Squire Agent is not a pre-licensing, post-licensing, continuing education, or accredited real estate program, and completing Squire does not provide credit toward obtaining or renewing a real estate license. Squire is designed as practical, supplemental education for agents who want to better understand how the profession works beyond licensing education. Its focus is on the processes, workflows, and everyday situations agents may encounter while building their business and working with clients.
Who is Squire Agent designed for?
Squire is designed primarily for new and aspiring real estate agents who want a clearer understanding of what working as an agent actually looks like. It can also serve as a refresher for agents who want to strengthen their understanding of a particular process or return to a topic they have not encountered recently.
Does Squire apply to agents in every state?
Squire is designed around real estate concepts and processes that are broadly applicable to agents across the United States. However, real estate laws, contracts, licensing requirements, MLS rules, brokerage procedures, and transaction practices can vary by state and local market. Squire teaches the broader process while agents should always follow the requirements and guidance applicable to their own state, brokerage, and market.
Does Squire replace my broker or mentor?
